Trama

Ben sogna di continuo di volare su schemi di circuiti
stampati. Incuriosito, prende nota dei circuiti che vede in sogno, fino a quando, con l'aiuto di alcuni amici, non
decide di 

costruirli. Scoprono così che l'apparecchio ottenuto è di natura aliena, e permette la
creazione di una bolla di forza che contrasta la legge di gravità e l'inerzia, e che può essere 

controllata con il computer per viaggiare nello spazio. Mettono quindi a punto, a partire da rottami, un vero e
proprio mezzo di trasporto in grado di volare sfruttando la bolla: creano 

così un'astronave, e guidati
dai medesimi extraterrestri che avevano comunicato in sogno a Ben lo schema del dispositivo, riescono finalmente
a..............

Storyline

Ben Crandall, an
alien-obsessed kid, dreams one night of a circuit board. Drawing out the circuit, he and his friends Wolfgang and Darren
set it up, and discover they have been given the 

basis for a starship. Setting off in the ThunderRoad, as
they name their ship, they find the aliens Ben hopes they would find... but are they what they seem?
